WASABI BURGERS
Ingredients:
4 ground beef or bison patties
Wasabi powder (or paste)
4 hamburger buns
Garnishes: lettuce, tomato, onion, smoked chipotle ketchup, homemade mayonnaise, dijon mustard
Method:
1. Sprinkle ground beef patties with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and wasabi powder on both sides.
2. Cure on a grate over a plate or baking sheet in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
3. Grill burgers to desired doneness.
4. Pile burger patties on hamburger buns and dress with desired garnishes.
