RECIPES from the Garden
Ingredients:
Arugula
Red onion, minced
Pear, chopped
Feta, crumbled
Pumpkin seeds
Hemp seeds
Raspberries
Wasabi powder (optional)
Balsamic vinegar
Olive oil
Method:
1. Spread arugula on a platter, and layer with red onion, pear, feta, pumpkin and hemp seeds.
2. Sprinkle with pink salt, black pepper, wasabi powder, and nutritional yeast.
3. Top with raspberries.
4. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and olive oil, and feast away!
