RECIPES from the Garden
Ingredients:
Veggies of choice: onion, pepper, broccoli, corn, sweet potatoes, mushrooms, carrots
Butter or oil
Eggs
Hot sauce (optional)
Method:
1. Sautée veggies and sprinkle with spices to taste.
2. Crack eggs directly on top of veggies, and cook to desired doneness.
3. Sprinkle with hot sauce if you like, and serve hot.
