Almond Butter
Our smooth and creamy almond butter contains nothing but dry roasted almonds and sea salt. The nuts are the seeds of the Prunus dulcis tree, which grows in the US, Spain, Portugal, Italy, and other parts of the world.
Almonds are an excellent alternative for those with peanut allergies!
Our smooth, roasted almond butter naturally separates, and you may see a delicious layer of almond oil at the top of our product - which shows that no stabilizers or homogenizers have been added!
To minimize this natural separation, you can periodically store your jar upside-down, or simply stir back together!
Creamy roasted almond butter is delicious enjoyed on an almond butter and raw honey sandwich, drizzled over pancakes, blended into smoothies,
incorporated into recipes, or even spooned straight from the jar!
RECIPES from the Garden
FLOURLESS ALMOND BUTTER PUMPKIN BLONDIES

Ingredients:​

1 c almond butter
-
1 c canned pumpkin
-
1 egg
-
1/2 tsp vanilla or almond extract
-
1/2 cinnamon stick, powdered
-
1 tsp sodium bicarbonate
-
Pinch of Himalayan pink salt
-
Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)

Method:
1. Mix all ingredients well.
2. Pour into a greased 8" x 8" pan.
3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
